In medical electronics industry, with the people paying attention to health, medical technology has made rapid development. As one of the most important applications in medical treatment solutions, health care is increasingly attention by the researchers. How to apply the new technology such as computer and communication in the field of health care, it is a subject we become more and more care about.Because of large volume, complex wiring and other reasons, traditional health care system does not meet the requirements of modern monitoring medical, in recent years, many medical researchers have put forward and realized the health monitoring system which based on different wireless communication technology, but due to a single data gathering and high maintenance cost, poor accuracy, lead to these medical solutions failing to spread.This thesis analyzes several commonly used wireless communication technology, according to the characteristics of health care, it is finally decided to adopt the Bluetooth and Wi Fi(Wireless Fidelity) as health care communications infrastructure. Analysing the wireless health monitoring system requirements, designed the system architecture, determined the solution of each system function module. On this basis, the whole monitoring system was designed and implemented: Bluetooth communication between portable data acquisition device and monitor, LAN(Local Area Network) communication between monitor and monitoring terminal server, LAN communication between the portable data acquisition device and the monitoring terminal server.. Through these three communication link and physiological parameters of patients are transfered to terminal monitoring system eventually, so as to realize real-time monitoring for the patient.In the process of wireless communication network to realize, there are data integrity, instantaneity and so on. This thesis puts forward and designs the data security transmission solution which based on Bluetooth and wireless roaming solution which based on wireless management tool wpa_supplicant, the realization of the plan improves the integrity of data transmission in wireless communication process.This thesis designed the health monitoring system of wireless communication solutions which realized the demand of human physiological parameters of long, continuous, real-time effective monitoring. In Data acquisition terminal, the characteristics of many parameters collection, low power consumption, portability solved the defects in the traditional monitoring medical, to provide technical support in the family, community and other remote monitoring in the field of health later.
