As the rapid development of the Computer technology and Internet, Technology of network have been Matured. Now the wireless network is most potential in all kinds of networks. Many kinds of organizations would choose wireless local area network (WLAN) to expand their network so that they can get mobile connection of the network in the internal organization. So the Technology of short distance wireless communications develops rapidly.There are many kinds of Short distance wireless technology of communications at present, but three of them are mostly popular, such as Bluetooth, 802.11, IrDA. As a open-standard of Short distance wireless technology of communications, Bluetooth has much virtue of low-power consumption, low-cost and strong anti-interference. It is convenient and economical when used by mobile equipments in Small scope. The thesis talks mostly about Bluetooth's application on the WLAN, and realizes Short distance wireless communication in individual LAN based on Bluetooth and radio-technology.Firstly, this article outlines the status and prospects of the technology of WLAN, And introduces the purpose of this article and the work of completing this article. Secondly, then the article introduces the technology of Bluetooth and its architectures, including bluetooth's advantages compare to the others of the short wireless communication technology. Thirdly, the article analyses mostly the host control interface(HCI),especially analyses the separation and transmission of the HCI. Fourthly, this article especially analyses the WLAN, including outlines and structures of the wireless local area network. And also the way of transmission and environments of its application. Fifthly, this paper puts forward a solution based on host controller interface (HCI) of Bluetooth. At beginning, the article designs at software and hardware. At hardware,it analyses performance of ROK101007,which is a Bluetooth module. including the design of the module and HCI and antenna.
