Composite materials are widely used in aircraft for its light weight and high reliability, aviationcomposite materials complex design and manufacturing, single, small-lot, hand lay-up molding,traditional management methods low productivity, and work in process(WIP) tracking difficult.Therefore, the study on advanced aviation composite materials WIP tracking and management is ofgreat significance.Internet of things((IOT)) is a new technology, it allows the communication between people, andobjects, things and things can be achieved. In this paper, the composites material workshop for somedomestic aircraft manufacturing enterprises was as the background, through the analysis of theconcept and advantages of internet of things technology, the WIP tracking management system foraviation composite material on the internet of things technology was proposed, The WIP inventorymanagement model, parts dynamic tracking model, physical BOM tracking model and quality controlmodel was analyzed based on production characteristics of composite materials, used three-tierarchitecture of IOT to design the overall program of composite materials WIP tracking managementsystem, proposed that the system perception layer used data collection method of merging radiofrequency identification technology and barcode identification technology, to track parts machining,parts assembly and product testing in real time, the function model of software and database model ofsystem were built. The corresponding modules has been developed, Also some special functionmodules were developed such as inventory management, tracking control,quality management,physical BOM tracking and other related functions, and has passed the practical test and verification. |
