With the increasing of the contradiction between supply and demand of energy and the environmental pollution, the researches on new energy have been prompted all over the world due to its superiority. As an important part of the solar photovoltaic industry chain, the domestic silicon wafer industry has developed rapidly in recent decades. However, along with the scale of commercial enterprises expanding continuously, the mode of traditional and artificial production management has been unsuitable. To meet the demands of lean management for mass production of solar wafers, a remote monitoring system based on the mixed construction of B/S and C/S, which can be used for the real-time monitoring of the electrochemical multi-wire sawing process, is presented and realized according to the process characteristics of abrasive electrochemical multi-wire sawing. The main content in this thesis can be summarized as follows:Firstly, on the basis of the analysis of electrochemical multi-wire sawing processing technology, combined with the current situation of the processing plant, the function of the system is definited, and the remote monitoring system based on B/S and C/S structure is designed.Secondly, according to the demand of multi-wire sawing processing technology, a kind of pulse electrochemical machining power supply using PLC as logic controller is designed. And the communication between PLC and PC is achieved based on TCP/IP protocol.Thirdly, in.NET environments, the field monitoring system based on C/S structure has been realized by C# programming language. At the same time, the production information inquiry system based on B/S structure has been realized by virtual host.Finally, by system testing in the real application, the feasibility of the remote monitoring system has been verified.
