| During the past year, all kinds of entertainment programs were flourishing on the screen, whereas TV news programs seemed to step into a latter year. It is believed that nowadays the TV programs are entertainment-oriented. However, “the fortunes”, a special news bulletin started from 2003, has now welcomed its 12 th birthday.
