Design And Implemenration Of The Card Management System Of CNG Station

As one of the most famous trourism cities of China, Qinhuangdao has been developing the city based on travelling for several years. To improve the environment of the local area, the government encourage the socity release less carbon. For the past few years, taxies and bus in Qinhuangdao have been refitted from gasoline-powered to mixed-powered.To manage all the gas station conveniently, this article designes a card management system for the gas company of Qinhuangdao.Firstly, according to the relationship between card management system and station system, this article makes a scheme for the function and database of the card management system, establishes the destination of the program.Secondly, associating with the function and flow of the card management system, this article describes the holistic scheme of the system, devides the function modules, as well as system database, user database, stuff database, card mechanism and system security.Thirdly, after having made plans for the modules, we develop the system by Power Builder 9.0 and Oracle 11 g. The system can grant card, recharge amount, suspend account, wakeup account, cancel account, card replacement and reset the PIN.etc.Lastly, system test is designed and practiced, and repair all bugs. The card management system has been used in Qinhuangdao, and the result is very well.
