As a kind of clean energy, LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) is favored by more and more enterprises with environmental pollution is given more and more attention. As LNG is flammable and explosive, the security level of LNG gasification station is very high.Therefore, it is of great significance to construct a redundant automation monitoring system of LNG gasification station, study data management and build data management platform,discuss the relationship between process data and safety warning, realize real-time prediction of security level.In this paper. LNG gasification station of Jinre Group Beichen Heat Supply Company is taken as the research object, on the basis of understanding the development status of LNG gasification station in China and the development status of industrial monitoring system at home and abroad, analyze the characteristics and key parameters of LNG gasification process and design LNG gasification station monitoring and control program.According to the demands of LNG gasification station monitoring system, a redundant monitoring system of LNG gasification station based on PC + PLC is constructed. At the same time, PLC system hardware is designed.Research of the WinCC-based LNG gasification station monitoring software development and data opening technology is Completed. Using WinCC configuration software development platform to research and develop the monitoring software of operation process of LNG gasification station, to realize process view, remote operation,real-time data display, alarm display and query, operation record display and query and user management and other functions. Debugging results show that the above functions are running well. To lay the foundation for the research and development of data management and analysis platform, research on real - time data acquisition and storage opening technology of LNG gasification station, the process class data and operation class data storage is completed.The research and development of security-oriented data management platform are carried out. By studying the database characteristics of LNG gasification station monitoring system, the data management platform is developed by C # language, and the query of historical data such as process class, operation class and alarm is realized. By analyzing the process parameters associated with the LNG gasification station safety level, the relationship between the combustible gas concentration, the difference between the ambient temperature and the liquid pool temperature and the LNG gasification station safety grade is obtained by using the fuzzy control theory. The database and the query table realizes the real-time prediction of the LNG gasification station safety level. The debugging results show that the multi-parameter fuzzy comprehensive warning can improve the timeliness and accuracy of the warning.The system has been operated in the LNG gasification station of the Jinre Group Beichen Heat Supply Company, and the system is running well. The monitoring software and data management platform are friendly and functional and can meet the demand of LNG gasification station.
