Analysis And Design For Station-Ievel Of IC Gas Station Management System

As an important strategic resources, oil holds an important position in the economic and social development. Especially in recent years, China's automotive industry hair of the exhibition, and traffic facilities constantly improve and motor vehicle quantities of increasing, providing supporting service oil company in the country of petrol station every highway rapid establishment. But with the development of information technology, the payment pattern of the existing gas station system keeps primarily in cash or in the oil-based ticket and accounts traditionally. This kind of relative backwardness's current situation not only has brought many inconveniences to the consumer, but increased the difficulty of the oil service station management and made it inefficiency.In order to enhance the economic efficiency and the company's core competitiveness,it is really necessary and important to scientifically manage and effectively control to the capital,staff, fuel, oil depots, equipment, and to develop a stable and reliable IC card gas station-level management system to increase the work station efficiency and reduce various operating costs.The system uses visual C# programming language to implement the interface and functional design; using SQL server2000 database as a background. The system's main module includes:day-to-day business, statistical form, business data and system administration module. The day-to-day business module mainly includes some management and the operation to the oil specification, the oil quality price, oil quality quantity, the measurement, sent fuel depot, the time of oil entered and the registrant. Statistical form module includes the sell oil quantity, the total funds, oil specifications, the oil selling of depots and inventory quantity of the remaining. System administration module includes:increasing, modifying, deleting and querying employees'information, backing up the database, setting parameters for gas station etc. This paper mainly introduces the development background of the subject, the functions to be completed and development process, and puts the focus to the design idea, technical difficulties and solutions, which have achieved a certain results; but there are some defects as well. We will continue to improve to make them more mature in the future.
