Key Technology Research Of Remote Faultconsultation System

Remote fault diagnosis technology is a way with the use of network communication and fault diagnosis technology to remove the fault of remote equipments, which has been a widely-used technique. When going on remote fault consultation, if we can understand the situation of remote device, it will be beneficial to engineers to propose solutions. This paper uses virtual reality and fault diagnosis technology to develop a visual remote fault consultation system.Firstly, this paper studies the basic theory of remote diagnosis system and data acquisition process, then sets up two main modules: consultation system and roaming technology.For fisheye image, the paper designs a mosaic process. The longitude and latitude mapping method for fisheye image distortion correction is used to cope with a vertical invariant image. Studied SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform) algorithm, this paper goes on feature detecting for corrected image, and lastly generates feature points descriptor. Considering RANSAC(Random Sample Consensus) algorithm iteration takes all coarse matching points into calculation when purifying and has a large amount of computation, so this paper uses Consistent Space Check Theory to improve RANSAC, in order to reduce the amount of RANSAC sampling and decrease the iteration times.Open-source Flash3 D engine-PaperVision3 D is also used to roam stitching panoramas. This paper uses Mouse3 D and Paticles classes to solve the hotspot-occlusion problem, and lastly completes the development of visual ship roaming.Moreover, this paper develops the remote fault consultation system based on B/S software architecture. This system can do fault reasoning of data acquired from remote equipment and draw the inference result. It uses ActionScript3.0 language to call JavaScript, which realizes the communication with each other, and lastly builds a remote fault consultation system based on scene reappearance roaming. In this way, the experts receive remote equipment diagnostic data which is displayed on the webpage via remote consultation system. According to the visual scene reappearance system, the experts have a concrete understanding of remote equipments, which contributes to making accurate troubleshooting measures, going on remote fault consultation and safeguarding the voyage of ship.
