With the development of network application, the C/S mode easily lead to the problem of server performance bottleneck due to its centralized characteristics, so it has been unable to meet the needs of today’s network applications. P2 P becomes a research hot sport and has been used widely due to its good sharing and scalability. It can well make up for the deficiencies of C/S. But it also need to further improve in terms of service integration.In this paper, a service-oriented P2 P mode is designed combined with the design thought focusing on service of SOA in the P2 P distributed environment,the specific researches of its service model and performance optimization methods are as follows:(1) By studying the distribution of P2 P model and the thought of service-oriented design of SOA, a service-oriented P2 P mode is designed to realize a distributed service integration. The specific designs of the mode are given.(2) In order to improve the controllability of service composition, a distributed collaborative control model is designed by referencing the Petri net theory and the control technology of routing, the specific designs are given.(3) The stability and quality of the composite service is improved by the calculation method of combination based on improved Genetic Algorithm, on the purpose of optimizing the method of service composition.(4) In view of the high demand for the efficiency and availability of service, a distributed method of data transmission based on Random Network Coding is designed to increase the work efficiency of the mode, and improve the performance of system.Experiments show that the mode can satisfy the demand, the optimization methods proposed in this paper have obvious effects on improving the quality and efficiency of service, the performance of the mode is further improved.
