Video conferencing is that users in different geographical places using a computer and the network to transfer video、audio and other data information acquisition by the computer to other participants interac with real-time video and audio,has been widely used in various fields.General PC clients or clients based on plug-ins users need to download,install and configuration, which is inconvenient.; according to the survey 98 percent of the browser to install Adobe’s Flash Player plug-in, WEB Clients based on FLEX almost with a free download, free plug-in,free installation, cross-platform, unified version and other features.General FLEX-WEB client is based on Adobe’s proprietary protocol RTMP, making FLEX-based web client and PC client and other types of clients,can not communicate with each other.The WEB client for video conferencing integration systems based on FLEX designed and implemented in this paper is not only free downlownd and no installation,cross-platform,etc.,but also achieves the interoperability between heterogeneous clients, and provides users with a new light experience.Core work of this paper includes:(1)Studying key technologies related to video conferencing system,including streaming protocols RTP/RTCP, RTMP and XMPP protocol, video and audio data coding standards: H.264, AAC, Speex and G.723, FLV and FLEX technology.(2)Design and implementation of data transmission process for private defined media data and signaling data based on XML to achieved interoperability among heterogeneous clients;(3)Reciecing,transcoding and play received video data,publishing local video data for video interoperability among heterogeneous clients in the FLEX-WEB client.This part solution involves RTP packets’ parsing, H.264 decoding, dynamically parsing video h.264 Packet to Flv Packet.(4)Reciecing,transcoding and play received audio data,publishing local ausio data for audio interoperability between heterogeneous clients in the FLEX-WEB client,This part solution involves RTP packets’ parsing, AAC/Speex/G.723 decoding, dynamically parsing audio AAC/Speex Packet to Flv Packet.(5) Design and implementation of whiteboard functionality in the FLEX-WEB client and it can be exchanged between heterogeneous clients.(5)Function test and performance test of FLEX-WEB client int the integration system. The test results show that the proposed design of FLEX-WEB client of video conferencing integration systems realized functions of video conferencing and can be interoperabeamong heterogeneous clients,which can be well applied to the actual.
