The Design And Implementation Of Video Conference System Based On Flex And FMS

With the increase of conference communication,more and more people choose the way of conference to exchange ideas,in the original way of conveneing conference, we not only waste much manpower and financial resources but also waste our much time,this makes meeting efficiency very low.It has a great significance to build a network video conference system.Currently,video conferencing software of C/S architecture has occupied a small part of the market,but there are many shortcomings and deficiencies of video conferencing software of C/S architecture,it is also difficile on maintenance. Based on the advantages and disadvantages between the software of B/S architecture and C/S architecture, according to the business needs of conference management, We design and complete a video conferencing system,this makes conference management more efficient and convenient.This improves the efficiency of meeting extremely,saves social resources and reduce the waste of resources.With a full investigation of the current situation of conference management,We analyze and summarize the defects and deficiencies of the meeting management curently, Based on the video conferencing software of C/S architecture,We analysis and design the conference management business needs and functional modules.This video conference system is based on B/S architecture, the backend of this system using J2 EE technology, the frontend of this system using Flex technology,the video streaming server using FMS streaming media server,the database server using Oracle. Finally, to ensure the robustness and stability of the system,We make the overall performance and functional testing.This video conferencing system based on open source framework, it has good portability and reusability.
