In this thesis,an improved video conferencing system based on division field, different software and hardware, different protocol frame are designed. Aiming at the questions which are the quality of service (QoS) safeguarded, the network visit barrier, the video conferencing system cascade way ,the thesis carries on the optimized improvement to apply to the actual system in, which has solved the actual problem which in the work met, and enable the system optimized and more perfectly.The construction of the video conferencing system is not only the video conferencing technology application, but also a system engineering, covering many fields, such as network environment, analysis of network equipment load-bearing capacity, MCU selecting, video conferencing terminal selecting, video frequency technology, sound amplification technology and so on. But according to the request, how to measure the body to have custom-made, how to match the video conferencing equipment reasonably, how to choose a set of reasonable video frequencies conference system, how to dispose the equipment scientificly and echelonedly, but not to waste the equipment function, the performance, and also to meet the need of service, become the questions of design.At this stage,the bottlenecks of the video conferencing system' application environment mainly follow several points:1. Network Quality of Service (QoS) is lacking. The traditional IP network only is designed for the simple data communication, which does not provide the QoS safeguard. In the network environment must take some additional measures to provide a real-time multimedia communication services.2.The question of the turning on band width. The user terminal is short of the band width turning on. 3.Network visiting barrier.The massive networks resources is needs to use, such as to establish the connection, to obtain real IP address, to use many ports. But actual facility is limited in network by firewall, agent server, router and so on. 4.The question of interactive object quantity increasing, the video frequency picture archery target enhancing,security enhancing and so on .
