With the rapid increase of network physical devices in Internet of Things(Io T), we have faced the problem of how heterogeneous entities cooperatively work in Io T. Currently, there are researches introducing service-oriented architecture into internet of things, in order to describe and access functions of various entities in the physical world in the form of servitization. We can discover the collaborative service chains through semantic Web service discovery technology, and further achieve entities that can execute the services. Then the heterogeneous entities can work together through web services and the problem of entities’ cooperation solved. Entity semantic annotations are the base of applying service discovery technology, and also are the key to solve the problem of function servitization and semantic description.However, the existing entity semantic annotation framework does not take into account that the Io T’s entities state is variable, and entities’ coupling degree with services is too high. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing research results, we propose a framework of service-oriented entity semantic annotations. The framework separates the unchangeable functions description and changeable status description, to make physical entity layer and logical service layer couple loosely.On the issues of the proposed semantic annotation framework, we design a kind of entity semantic annotation ontology model. First, apply the OWL description logic to describe the basic information, status, function of entity and the relevant with semantic Web service.So as to provide the available executive entities for the semantic Web service discovery.On the issues of multifarious and redundance services leaded by the relevancy of entity functions and services, this paper proposed a service-oriented clustering and annotation algorithm. This algorithm can cluster the similar services, and mark the center of each type, make all service in order, improve the efficiency of service discovery.Among them, this paper presents the calculation method of service similarity, which based on I/O mix match and keyword match, in order to adapt the collaborative relationship between services.Based on the above research results, this paper designed and realized the entity semantic annotation based service system. First, make the system overall design. Then expound the processes and realization of the three modules which are the generation of semantic annoitations’ individual, service-oriented clustering annotations, analysis and selection of annotations’ individual.Finally, the system is tested and analyzed based on the background of percepted logistics and transport. First construct the entity semantic annotation individuals and the associated semantic Web services. Then design the service request which contains the function request and the requiment to entity states. In the end, the result of the system are tested and analyzed. The experimental results show that the framework of entity semantic annotation proposed in this paper is available.
