Service matching is an active subject in the area of web services. With the increasing demands for web services, it's the point for implementing the interoperability and integration of them to locate the required data from the massive these services. It's helpful to shorten the retrieving time, increase the finding precision and bring great benefit to web services if semantic information is added to web services. And people begin to know these advantages gradually after the success of semantic web in the information retrieval domain. An approach of finding web services semantically is proposed in this paper. The interface matching of services are included in this method; and the influence of operational semantics and QoS of service on service selection are taken into account in this approach as well, which can enhance precision of retrieving services.Description and storage of the semantic information of web services are not supported by WSDL/UDDI, which are current industry standards. These standards have been expanded in order to support the description and storage of the semantic information in this paper, followed by the detailed algorithm of matching and annotating WSDL files with relevant ontology.A system on the prototype of WSPDBroker is put forward at the end of this paper. Based on service templates, the optimal service can be provided automatically by the services search engine in the system after our approach of finding service semantically is applied. There are two kind of services offered in this system, registry and finding.
