With the continuous improvement of management level, there is more and more demand of Heilongjiang Province Rural Credit Cooperatives in the field of business, such as customer management, risk management, operations management, financial management, regulatory compliance and so on, which put forward the higher request to the use of the data. After years of system construction a lot of business data has accumulated in Heilongjiang Province Rural Credit Cooperatives. However, due to the construction of various systems of early RCC are relatively independent, the lack of comprehensive data management and control system as well as unified management of data, resulting in not unified data source, dispersed business data, business system data inconsistency, low data quality and security and other storage problems of RCC. The existing dispersed data cannot meet the needs of enterprise fine management and personalized marketing. Therefore data platform is to need to establish in order to mine and exert maximum value of enterprise data. For the shortcomings of the current phenomenon of rural credit cooperatives data storage, this paper focuses on the research of practical application of the data platform systems in rural credit cooperatives.With the basis of Heilongjiang Province Rural Credit Cooperatives data platform project, first phase of the foundation platform design and implementation process of the project is described in this paper. Through analysis of historical data and actual business situation of Heilongjiang Province Rural Credit Cooperative, platform data storage model is obtained. A unified standard format of business data is organized and formulated. All business data from generation to storage in the data model involved in the process of data collection, data integration and processing and other function modules, and business data extracted from the data model and showed to the end-user involved in the process of data aggregation, data presentation and distribution are designed and completed with OLAP(On-Line Analytical Processing) and transparent gateway technology. Aimed at business data actual situation of all aspects of extract, transformation, load process in the platform, ETL scheduling module is completed by adopting a targeted approach.The detailed test and observation of running in the actual production of the data platform show that existing upstream production data from various business systems can successfully loaded into the data platform system. The comparison results show data of each layer is correct after entering in the data platform and completing data processing. System scheduling platform can launch data extraction, transformation, loading tasks and batch processing automatically according to the pre-configured workflow. Monitoring and statistics processing can be completed. Demand issue of data platform project was well satisfied.
