With the advent of the era of big data,all walks of life attach great importance to the value of business data,use big data theory and tools to analyze the data,and report the results of the analysis for decision-making by business leaders and related business departments.A securities company has multiple transactional business systems and has accumulated a large amount of data after years of running applications.However,the existing transactional business systems have the following problems to achieve data analysis: First,each business system operates independently,and it is difficult to implement cross-system data analysis and statistics.Second,it is impossible to integrate all business system data and provide enterprise-level valuable data information.In view of the above problems,this article combines the basic data of the marketing system and HR system of A Securities Company,and aims to design the analysis and design of the marketing data platform used to realize the statistical analysis of customer marketing.This system constructs relevant indexes of marketing statistics,realizes refined marketing customer management,and promotes the continuous,rapid and healthy development of the business.In order to build the system,this paper mainly implements the following two aspects of work:The first is the construction of the marketing data warehouse of A Securities Company.Use ETL technology to collect basic customer marketing data,use data preprocessing technology and data warehouse technology to build marketing theme data sets,and finally perform dimensional modeling according to the needs of analysis to build a data warehouse,implement relevant fact tables,and implement statistical marketing employee promotion Calculation of performance and rewards,compensation and ranking,customer cashback rewards and other corresponding indicators.The second is the design and implementation of the warehouse scheduling system.Using software engineering related methods,the system uses the B / S working mode,the Spring Boot basic framework is used to implement the task scheduling system,and MySQL is used to design the database.From the four steps of system development,the function of the scheduling system and the realization of development are explained in detail.
