Trunking communication system is a wireless mobile communication system, in which users share an uniform channel. In recent years, TD-LTE technology has become the mainstream technology. Therefore it is very necessary to design TD-LTE trunking system architecture and Resource Scheduling Algorithm which is based on the existing standards of TD-LTE. Along with the high-speed development of the mobile Internet and the large-scale construction of the wireless networks, broadband communications become the major trend in the wireless communication. Correspondingly, trunking communication technology, to some degree, will developed towards to the direction of IP system, diversified business, broadband data, and multimode terminals. Public trunking system show bright application prospects in transportation, energy, electric power, finance, logistics and other industries. Therefore, the LTE public network trunking communication is an inevitable development direction.TD-LTE is one of the two major standards of LTE, it is the consequence of the evolution of TD-SCDMA. If the TD-LTE network is used to establish public network trunking system, the cost of operation and maintenance can be reduced significantly.This paper focuses on the LTE uplink resource scheduling algorithm. In this paper, we firstly introduce the difference between uplink and downlink, as well as some resource scheduling algorithms which are widely used, and then introduces some uplink resource scheduling algorithms. Clear the importance in the LTE network cluster system considering priority, and a priorit y for LTE uplink resource allocation algorithm is presented in this paper. Under the background of these resource allocation algorithms, the importance of priority in the LTE network is presented.We change the metric matrix which is used in the resource allocation algorithms and use it to allocate resources, due to this method has some effect on the performance of the system, we prune resource blocks to enhance the performance, considering the channel resources. In this paper, we also improve the fairness of the algorithm. The fairness of the algorithm is changed through the number of resource blocks of a user, and it can be concluded that the fairness has some improvement through the analysis of simulation.Through simulation we can conclude that the system performance not only do not decline but also improve in some areas; at the same time, fairness is also improved.
