For The Public Security System Trunking Mobile Communication System

With the development of the mobile communications,the GSM system has been widely used,and the trunking system is attracting more and more attention from the departments where centralized management and unified scheduling are required,such as the military departments and the departments of the public security,railways,and water resources.This document describes the features of the trunking system,and uses the application of the trunking system in Fujian public security to elaborate how to develop the trunking communication terminals by using the technologies such as the digital voice processing technology,digital modulation technology,encryption module.In specific,this document is arranged as follows:●This document describes the functions and features of the trunking system,the related concepts about the trunking system, and the networking modes of the trunking system,and the difference between the GSM system and the trunking system.●Then,the requirements for the trunking system in public security and the technical solutions for the required trunking system are analyzed.Based on the analysis,the overall logical structure and the R&D plan of the trunking system are provided.●The R&D strategy is determined based on the analysis,and the detailed design and implementation of the trunking system are provided.The document describes the overall technical solution of the trunking system terminal,the RF and baseband design,the rules of designing the MCU and DSP communication software,and the interface and protocols adopted by the encryption module.●In the end,the document summarizes the trunking system developed for public security.A mature design solution is adopted for the trunking system applied in public security.This solution can shorten the R&D period,increase the management efficiency of the project,and out down the cost.
