Usability Research Of MIUI User’s Guide Optimal Design

During the MIUI system upgrades constantly, the users of MI phone become more and more, so MIUI user’s guide starts to have problems in usability.Firstly, this paper takes the present MIUI user’s guide as its study object. MIUI user’s guide is deconstructed and analyzed. According to the related theory to define the attribute dimension and use dimension of usability evaluation index in MIUI user’s guide.Secondly, according to the attribute dimension of usability evaluation index, the questionnaire and Kano model analysis methods are used to capture the different groups’ requirements of MIUI user’s guide based on the user classification and clarifies MIUI usability detailed function items when guiding the users.Thirdly, according to the attribute dimension of usability evaluation index, usability test is carried out on the MIUI user’s guide to find the usability issues in the process of using it.Finally, the users’ requirements and usability issues are combined to form the optimize task list of MIUI user’s guide. Optimal design and assessment are based on this list and formed an effective method and process of MI phone detailed design.
