Modern companies increasingly inseparable from the support of information service, the daily operation of many businesses are built on an integrated service platform production / office automation, The services platform using modern network technology combined with advanced management concepts to achieve a good majority of enterprise business operations.But these integrated service platform because contain many function and complex operation, due to parts of the more specialized business requirement be ignored.For example tranitional ERP systems or OA systems be focus in functional solution for customers,but overlook the parts of closely related process management with scheduling resource within enterprise.Although in passed years,this solution suppliers made many solution in this regard,it was added the business process management function into their products.In fact customer still hard to use those software for fit themselves business process,because each company has different processes in operating management.As above reason,this paper on the basis of JBPM workflow engine technology to designed a solution for company’s sale approval process requirement.With this system,it can better management and standardize the business process management, to improve the efficiency, simplify the working procedure.,below to take a summary for this papaer:1) It is to make a comprehensive analysis for current developing status of Sales Approval System(SAS), discusses the problems of current management systems,and analyzed and compared with workflow technology be used in this system.2) Introduce the principles and technical characteristics of the technology frameworks used in my SAS system,and then base on these technologies principle,the paper according process-centric to design model for firm’s business processes, and combined with the methods of object-oriented to analyese requirement, design and realize this system. During this period,we can get the technical avantages of JBPM engine and SSH framework.In same time,we can also see the applicable situations of Sales Approval System for firm in the analysis process.3) To summarize some experience and lessons of design in the final of paper, consolidate the technology foundation for further improve the system.The practice results show that the proposed solution implements the enterprise for the process-oriented way achieves an effective reduction in business development time and improves the system operating efficiency, push other business process management like as procurement, production, warehousing, materials and so on to way up standardization.
