With the development of computer technology and mobile Internet technology, great changes have taken place in people’s life. People born after 1990, who were called the-post 90 s, witnessed the process. The post-90 s is gradually going to the society and become the backbone. Their birth comes with changes and advancement of the internet. Their daily information behavior is affected by technological development and are totally different from other generations. The development of the mobile phone and mobile internet technology also bring the post-90 s great influence and impact. Therefore explore its daily information behavior becomes very necessary.This article firstly defined the information behavior, everyday life information behavior, the post-90 s and other related concepts. Then discussed mobile environment, characteristics of the post-90 s everyday life information behavior under mobile environment. Then summarized the mobile environment, segmentation of the post-90 s, various influencing factors as information demand. And studied the relevant theoretical. Summarized required theoretical basis. Then design the investigation about influence factors, analyzed and summed up the point of view to make a preliminary study. And design the questionnaire and interview outline according to the preliminary study. Finally, come out the factors affecting the result of the investigation and analysis.Through the investigation, found that the-post 90 everyday life information behavior has the following characteristics: entertainment is the main information needs; access to information highly depends on mobile,computer utilization reduces,information acquisition fragmentary; closely related with the network, characterized by high net age, long average daily Internet time; there are some unique behavior in this paper, "multi-screen behavior", "loose circle behavior", "procrastination", etc.; and most of the post-90s’ intellectual property conscious is weak.Then analyzed according to the results of the questionnaire. Integrates interview,influence factors of daily information behavior of the post-90 s mainly includes: the user itself, such as age, gender, social status, etc.; cognitive situation such as social, work, life, interpersonal network, etc.; emotion.
