With the rapid development of national economy, the structure and layout of urban and rural power grid is complicated, as the hub the urban and rural power lines, subsection vacuum switch is closely related to the operation state of power lines, timely and accurate grasp of segmented to guide the operation of the vacuum switch information section for the maintenance of vacuum switch and the safe and stable operation of power grid has important meaning. So, this paper studies the subsection vacuum switch running condition assessment method of strategy, proposes a remote monitoring system based on GSM network, make the staff understand subsection vacuum switch state information in a timely manner, to avoid power grid accidents.First,subsection vacuum switch is analyzed, the basic structure and working principle of each part, subsection vacuum switch in the operation process are summarized in the light of anomalies and the analysis of the abnormal phenomena.Second, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of segmented state evaluation model of vacuum switch, to determine the evaluation subsection vacuum switch factor sets, evaluation sets, the distribution of the membership functions and weight, comprehensive evaluation results are obtained, and given the corresponding maintenance strategy.The last, design a subsection vacuum switch monitoring system based on GSM network, Including the monitoring center and monitoring terminal software and hardware design, etc.Experimental research shows that, this system can accomplish real-time monitoring of subsection vacuum switch, to facilitate the staff know the running status information of subsection vacuum switch in a timely manner, tell the running state of subsection vacuum switch.
