Design And Implementation Of A Bank Counter Management System

Banking is the main part of Chinese financial system, is an important guarantee for the development of the national economy. After the recent 30 years of development, the informationization construction of the Chinese banking has realized the centralized information, intensive operation, modernization management and electronic services. However, with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the increase in customer data, banking has more requirements to the efficiency of the information system, the coordination between systems, and the friendly interfaces.In this paper, adopting the workflow and web services technology in the field of financial information, it has designed and implemented a management system of the bank counter, to improving the work efficiency, reducing the labor costs, and enhancing the competitiveness of the industry. This system solves the problem of the electronic, standardized of the bank multi-level approval process by the workflow technology, and solves the integration problem between more bank systems by the web service technology.This paper defines the system positioning and interaction relationship with external systems. According to the actual business classification of the bank, the system is divided into seven module functions: common business, deposits, remittances, loans, bills, documents management, international settlement and other functions. This paper selects three typical business: notice deposit, time deposit and clean collection, by use case diagram and activity diagram, giving a detailed analysis of the functional requirements of the system, and analyzing the nonfunctional requirements of the system.After that, the paper designs the logic structure of the system by adopting multi-layer architecture style. The system is divided into the presentation layer, control layer, business logic layer, service layer and data persistence layer. it has designed the system integration solutions based on the Web service technology, the system business process based on the BPS workflow engine, and designed the data view by using the E-R chart.Then, the system has been implemented. The implementation of the presentation layer uses SiteMesh framework to achieve a unified page layout, and completing the custom tag library; The control layer realizes access permissions and access control, and achieves business process control by using of workflow technology; The business logic layer chooses notice deposit, time deposit and clean collection three business to achieve its business functions; The service layer realizes the integration with the core clearing system mainly using Web Service technology; The data persistence layer uses MyBatis, Spring technology to implement data entity objects and data access objects; Finally, it has carried out a detailed test to the system from two aspects of functional testing and performance testing.
