Financial Non-tax Revenue Management Counter System Design And Realization

Non-tax revenue management system is a system an integral part of financial income of non-counter system is based on the financial information exchange platform for the external interface provided by the development of the banking system. This paper describes the non-tax income of the bank counter system.This paper focuses on the special needs of Financial non-tax income management, analyses the features of Financial non-tax income management system in detail, and then designs and realizes the Financial non-tax income management system. This paper presents the enterprise management system with a three-tier C/S structure. Three C/S structure is divided into application layer, the functional layer and data layer.In this paper, the system uses a MVC method to build the three-tier C/S model. The system development is to the Windows XP operating platform for network. In the course of development , the new technology of SUN Company (ECLIPSE) is adopted, JAVA as language tools, STRUCTS and JSP technology, and INFOMIX as database development.This system is composed of six function modules: the Financial non-tax trade module, the inquiring and statistics of basic information module, the Certificate reprint management module, the deal stream information module, the report statistics and collect module , the system maintenance module , all the main information of the bank system need was included in the system management scope. This system can availably improve the working efficiency of the multi-department cooperation and the safe of the data dealing.The system will be built to enhance the effective management of non-tax income level and efficiency for high-level decision-making provides a reliable information infrastructure, and ultimately releases the burden of financial governments and the safety of the state's estate.
