Design And Implementation Of Foreign People Information System Based On Data Mining

With the accelerated process of internationalization, the growing number of international exchanges, foreign police tasks become heavier and more important. Foreign police work involves two countries, and even transaction processing in many countries, the work is difficult, and faces enormous challenges. The technology can provide a better solution to the channels for foreign police work. Based on a large amount of historical data accumulated current public security police work, we can use advanced data analysis tools to analysis police data sets and provide a more robust support for foreign police work, assist management and decision making.The main work of the thesis as follows.(1) For the data integration problem of police data storage systems, we use the data warehouse management tools provided by Oracle for data cleansing, integration of data processing. Practical applications, there ORACLE, DB2, SQL SERVER and other types of data bases, data warehouse management tools provided in this article for the different Oracle data bases and data from different modes of extraction, transformation and loading(ETL).(2) For the problem of the lack of data analysis methods, the paper introduced foreign intelligence RapidMiner data mining toolkit provides a comprehensive set of data mining methods and models. For example, we use association analysis find the association case, and make early warning. Classification tree analysis using algorithms such incentives lead to different degrees of crime, can assist the relevant departments to develop appropriate policies. Population analysis using clustering algorithms, behavior analysis, to help investigators identify possible criminal gangs. According to the actual needs of foreign affairs, the paper conducted a comprehensive analysis of the system requirements, and carried out a detailed system design and implementation.Foreign intelligence system designed this study, the use of advanced tools to provide effective data storage management for data mining, rich library of models and methods for libraries. Foreign intelligence system can help police officers from a large number of historical data and found that a lot of valuable information hidden foreign police officers to help police work efficiency, enhance early warning capacity, and data mining systems in other government departments construction for reference.
