| Local-tax Assistant Investigation system is the basis of investigation of local tax bureau. Due to high mistake ratio in hardcopy information exchange, low efficiency of data application among different sectors and increase of manual daily expenditure, in this paper a multi-regional local tax platform is researched and developed. Also, MVC model and SSH framework are applied to provide a high efficient, secure and easily-maintained platform.In this paper, there includes following points:1. To solve multi-regional heavy data and complex problems in local tax sectors, scene model establishment and UMC data model are used to analyze the demand.2. To simple the complexity in current investigation system, such as data not open and difficulty to maintain, this paper put forward a three-level design of cross-province/region investigation platform based on Web, with the support of JAVE EE and SSH system framework, to realize the multi-regional assistant investigation system for local tax bureau.3. To improve the R&D cycle, low efficiency and maintaining difficulty resulting from complexity and high coupling in system, design methods based on SSH’s engineered and instrumental system framework are studied, in which view level, business logic, data level and communication interface are used to cope with the above problems.4. The system had been verified under the real work environment in one city’s local tax bureau. And methods of software testing are used to evaluate the system’s stability, reliability and scalability. Testing results had showed that the functional model satisfying the expected design aim.The suggested design of this paper has improved the assistant investigation efficiency and regulation in actual work and achieved good results. The whole system has fine stability, scalability and ease maintenance, and it can be expanded and upgraded according to the actual demand. Thus it has good practicability and reference significance to our country’s tax information work. |
