The Design And Implementation Of Customer Billing Information Investigation System For Shandong Province Rural Credit Cooperatives

Surplus capital are appearing. Many people have left the surplus capital in the bank. However, it is not easy querying customer accounts today when the people density is very big. So, it is necessary to develop a customer investigation system of accounting information. Now core business system of Shandong province rural credit cooperatives currently only support to handle queries and judicial freeze business at the counter where customers open their accounts. A lot of queries need to be accomplished at tech center around the city or the science and technology center of provincial association. It has been unable to meet the needs of the business. To effectively avoid the occurrence of the above situation, Shandong province rural credit cooperatives decided to design and implement a customer investigation system of accounting information.The system is based on the SSH framework. Using SSH architecture has many advantages, such as making the interlayer coupling low. That is to say, changes of a layer will not affect other layers. Also, Using SSH architecture can facilitate the expansion and maintenance of the system. We adopted Oracle 11 g as database tool, Myeclipse as development tools. And we used Java, JSP, HTML, CSS and other basic web development language.The systems set up following roles:business entry clerk, business reviewer, business authorized personnel and system management. The entry clerk involves all the query, input and modifying the information in this system, and some relevant audit and review for information inputted by reviewers. The inquiries include account balance inquiries, savings details inquiries, loan account inquiry, loan balance inquiries, loan transaction details inquiries, capital account inquiries, capital balance inquiries, capital transaction details inquiries. The business authorized personnel mainly relate to the different authorization for different users. System management personnel's function mainly includes user registration, transfer management, personnel registration, business agency mapping relationship management, management institutions business detail inquiries and so on. System mainly realize the following functions:the module of query function management, the module of unfreezing/freezing thawing management, the module of report output management, the module of system setting and the module of judicial platform query.This system has been successfully run in Shandong province rural credit cooperatives. The application of the system largely solved some problems and brought a lot of convenience, which can be mainly embodied in the following aspects:first, the relationship between the customers, banks and system management staffs is more and more clear, making money management more transparent. Second, it solves the problem of bank customers beyond the office to a large extent. Third, increased traffic in the system make the customer number growing, bringing the enterprise bank greater economic benefits.
