The Design And Implementation Of Sast Soft Project Management System Based On.NET

In recent years, with the development of Technology, the software has become more and more important in military product. The complexity of the software is also getting increased. The projects of the military software face a lot of problems such as the control of the funds, process delay, quality problems, and the chaos of demanding management and so on. These problems have constrained the development of military software research of our institute.In 2003, a group of the military software experts draw up the GJB5000 Model which conforms to the the military standard by cutting and modifying the CMM\CMMI system. This model is a kind of evaluationg framework which contains a series of purposes and determination conditions of each level.In 2008, our institute imported the GJB5000 system.And we published our local GJB5000 A system document in 2009 which meet all the demands of the institue.We already have a software project management system using in the research of software products before the introduction of GJB5000 A. However, as we brought in GJB5000 and with the development of technology and the understanding of the project management theories, the former software project management system’s problems and shortages come out gradually. Here are the main problems:(1) The support of the workflow is not good enough and the system can’t meet the demand of the RM model.(2) The plan function of the project is relatively too simple, it doesn’t support large amounts of task nodes and trace of history version.(3) The technology architecture is not good, and the systerm has low maintainability.To resolve above problems, this thesis analyzes the actual situation of SAST institute and analyzes existing issues in current software project management system deeply. Then designs and implements a new SAST software project management system. The new system implements the workflow function by using the WCF and WF framework. The new system separates the presentation layer from the logical layer by using the MVC framework. This thesis elaborates the design and implementation of core function modules of the SAST software project management system through the WBS module and workflow subsystem. This thesis also introduces the testing and practical application of the new SAST software project management system. Compared to other same type systems, the research work in the paper has following features:(1) The workflow subsystem bases on WF4.0 and WCF.The subsystem offers visualization way to design the workflow and the way of data storage by xml. So it can make the workflow to be created and changed more easily and quickly.(2) The research work defines two kinds of workflow, business workflow and approved workflow. The business workflow temlates are created accroding to the GJB5000 A systerm.The business workflow can let the process of management of the military software run by the rule of GJB5000 A.The application shows that the business workflow temlates can standardizate the management of the military software.(3) According to the GJB5000 A systerm, it implements the creation of task tree, the WBS and the version management.The whole life cycle of PP management is based.Through verification, the new systerm not only meet the new demand of military software management but also has the hight ability of human-computer interaction and fast modeling system of workflow. The result of the practical application indicates that the system is feasible and effective.
