Research On Building Uyghur Public Sentimental Ontology Based On Cross-lingual Ontology Transformation

Ontology has become wide application in knowledge management and sharing, and also become the core research directions in natural language processing,information retrieval and database management.Building Uyghur ontology is a very important foundation to realize Uyghur knowledge extraction,Uyghur knowledge sharing,Uyghur public sentiment analysis.Building Uyghur public sentimental ontology,and be used in public sentiment monitoring, has great significance to social development and stability in Xinjiang region.After analysis of the research current situation Uyghur language ontology, aiming at the characteristics of the integration of public sentimental ontology, presented a method based on the cross-lingual ontology transformation to building ontology for public sentiment. This paper has given a detailed defines of public sentimental ontology, and using the features of that the English ontology source were rich, so using English for middle language to build public sentimental ontology, then using cross-lingual ontology transformation technology to transform to target Uyghur public sentimental ontology. This method avoid large of repeated work of building ontology; and according to syntax rules of owl, combines the concept between context knowledge of constraint, proposed an algorithm of cross-lingual ontology labels conversion.Based on cross-lingual ontology reuse to building Uyghur ontology, combine the ontology integration and cross-lingual ontology transformation, using a series of ontology building tools, built an Uyghur public sentimental ontology that the theme of air crash, Uyghur public sentimental ontology transformation rate has reached 73.91%, and basically validated using the cross-lingual ontology transformation technical to built Uyghur public sentimental ontology is feasible.
