Powder coating and coating which is res ource and energy saving, pollution-free, high labor efficiency and easy to autom ate develop rapidly in new products and ne w technology.And the powder coatin g production of autom atic control has a relationship with the production quality. Powder coating is m ainly divided into therm oplastic powder and thermosetting powder.In allusion to the powder paint factory production technology, we design the whole control system based on fieldbus P RFIBUS-DP control system in this ar ticle.by useing the intelligent instrument,building a PLC control system via PROFIBUS fi eldbus we make the production automatic and the control system more sophisticated, more stable and reliable. Production of autom atic control system mainly includes three parts: production line production control subsystem; Automatic batching subsystem; The tem perature control subsystem.PLC control is used in automatic batching system,and using m easurement of spiral electronic scale for material,Through the instru ment to receive the d ata sent to PLC.The system use the classical PID control, by using the feeding speed by frequency converter, to achieve pre blending ratio.Batching system weighing instrument, electronic scales through Dolito, to achieve closed-loopcontrol of PID ingredients.The temperature control system proposed fuzzy PID control. Because of the temperature control time constant is particularly large, pure lag time long, high degree of nonlineardynamic mutation characteristics of strong, the system become more complex.In addition, making the optimization of the single loop PID control and Setting the value given by PID segmentation method,too reduce the system overshoot and shorten the adjustm ent time.Using The integral separation method,to suppression of output saturation,reduce volatility, so as to eliminate the effects of a given siteand disturbance to the system. The method in com parison with the conventional PID algorithm, and has better robustness and anti-interference, stronger ability to adapt. The use of MATLAB SI MULINK software for simulation of fuzzy PID control. Based on the proposed tem perature control method, combined with the characteristics of cable outer sheath production line, designing the hardware and software. In terms of hard ware,system based on PROFIBUS fieldbus to transimiss data; AD590 as the temperature sensor to measure the temperature, The executive device are strip heater and cooling fan; The IPC and I/O m odule is used as the controller, the IPC machine to achieve the intelligent control algorithm, the parameter is transmitted to the PLC, control of PLC based on PID algorithm to complete the scene. In the aspect of software,giving the m ain controlflow control structures of IPC and I/O module; the design of the extruder temperature monitoring system, monitoring the implementation of human-computer interaction and the whole s ystem, setting, system data and complete the relevant parameters of the real-time and histo rical data storage,display,alarm and other functions of the system.
