Aluminum powder atomized method is the mainly production methods now. Aluminum production enterprise requires higher on monitoring systems. In this paper, I accomplished the whole aluminum powder nitrogen atomization control system to meet the need of the aluminum powder manufacturing enterprises, I used the Fuzzy-PID method and other control theory to realize the automation and intelligent in production, operation and monitoring.In the production process, the pressure in this system can controlled through the balance tank, which can impact on production efficiency and security, so the pressure must be limited in a safe range. In this paper, I used a smart sub-PID to control the system pressure. When the pressure in different state, I used different set of PID parameters to make adjustment fast, stable, switching rapidly.In the process of aluminum powder classification, it is very important to keep flow of classification system. The flow must be exactly controlled by the air blower. Compared with traditional PID control, there are some limitations on blower frequency control. In this paper, as blower control required, combined with the characters of Fuzzy control and PID control, I designed a Fuzzy-PID hybrid controller. The controller has the advantages of PID controller which has small steady state error, and gets the advantage of the fuzzy controller which is adaptive and speed regulation. The controller has achieved good control effect in the production line.The whole aluminum controlling and monitoring system is controlled by SIEMENS S7-400H redundancy PLC. Using the redundancy of computer we can ensure an indefinite period of stable operation. The whole control program wrote with the Ladder in step7. Practical results show that: The design of the control system moves rapid, safe and stable. The man-machine interface is friendly, operation simply and convenient. Using the control system the whole line has low failure rate, efficient operation and increase economic efficiency of the company.
