With the number of mobile terminals growing rapidly, it’s difficult for 4G network to meet users’ increasingly higher needs for transmission rate, and the research for 5G network has already begun. D2D(Device-to-Device) communication technology, one of the major technologies in 5G network, supports direct communication between mobile terminals without the help of base station, and thus both transmission rate of equipment and utilization of spectrum resources increases so that the users’ needs are met. In this thesis, we research on two major problems of D2 D technology, resource management and pricing. In the aspect of resource management, a system model of DC-OC(Direct D2 D communication with operator controlled link establishment) D2 D communication with down-link resource sharing is set up. Then, by means of learning from the theory of descending-bid auction, a c allocation algorithm based on Greedy Thought is proposed to solve the problem of spectrum allocation in D2 D communication. Through the simulation on down-link sum rate after spectrum allocation, we find that the sum rate using our allocation algorithm is obviously higher than that of random allocation. In the aspect of pricing, pricing factors of DR-OC(Device relaying with operator controlled link establishment) D2 D is analyzed, and we determine that pricing model be set up with operators giving additional free bandwidth to relaying devices as a reward. Then the revenue for devices and revenue for operators are proposed for the pricing of DR-OC D2 D communication, and two kind of revenues are analyzed in detail. Through analyzing results of simulation and two kind of revenues, we find that the unit price of spectrum and the awarded bandwith determine the revenue for devices in the network together, and find the requirements for the awarded bandwith in the case that the revenue for operators in D2 D communication is higher on one link than that of traditional cellular network.
