Design And Realization On Revenue Networking Subsystem Between Revenue Department And Bank

Netwoking System between Revenue Department and Bank(NSRB) is crucial to electro-tax of local revenue in the mode of data's centralized in revenue system.In order to develop an efficient and steady NSRB,the keys lie in the logical structure,the suitable platform,the flexible interface between application and DBMS system.Based on analysing the demand that every city deduct taxation by itself in the mode of data's centralized in revenue system of shandong province,this article researched the Revenue Subsystem between Revenue Department and Bank thorough. Central task as follows:First of all,the article established a whole design project based on the 2-tier C/S mode by analysising the system.In the whole system,the bank department subsystem acted as a server while the revenue department subsystem acted as a client.Secondly,this article researched the operation flow after data's centralized in revenue system of Shandong province.Based on the whole data's standardization of the new Ctais,the article maped out data's standardization which aimed at NSRB by itself.Then resolved the questions in isomerous and complexity of database and interface.Thirdly,The article decompounded the tasks of the subsystem of revenue department,then accomplished the total design by establishing center on researching the technology of visiting database,developing the application software of database and the communication software of prepositive machine,which based on researching the technology of visiting database.Fourthly,This article research and designed the the application system of DBMS emphasized.Based on the operation of the revenue department,the article carved up the system into six subsystems,then carried out the design of application software and communication software of prepositive machine by using PowerBuilder and Visual C++,and then achieved the function which in visiting database and exchange with data.Practices proved that:the system arrived at the request of technology in the term of holistic,dependability and security, got satisfactory effect in use,and had good worthiness.
