Nowadays, with the rise of the Internet of Things technology, NFC technology has been widely recognized and applied. This paper presents a temperature sensor integrated with RFID tag. The sensor detects temperature information and transfers it to NFC terminal easily through NFC technology. The NFC tag is compatible to NXP Company MIFAREUltraLight tag, with internal storage being extended. Temperature-sensitive resistors RC oscillator circuit is used to realize temperature sensor. In order to reduce power consumption of the temperature sensor system, this paper proposes a temperature sensor circuit integrated with NFC technology, making a low-power radio-frequency tag temperature sensor; at the same time, the circuit of temperature sensor is also made a certain improvement against traditional methods; in addition, compatible and expansion with existing NFC tag is another innovation in this design. This paper not only proposes the design idea of the system, also carries out the system implementation, and gives the test results and data. After testing and validation, the subject of well-designed system can achieve the intended goals. Finally, improvements are also introduced based on this paper’s methods and ideas.
