Recently,with the rapid development of communication technologies,materials technologies,and the Internet,the Internet of Things(IoT)has developed rapidly.The indepth development of the IoT puts forward a more diversified demand for communication methods and communication environment.However,the lag in the development of battery technology makes the power consumption problem of communication devices a bottleneck restricting the development of the IoT.The widely used traditional radio frequency identification(RFID)technology,in the current situation,solves the power consumption problem of the IoT communication device,there are many problems such as the communication distance is too short,the communication scene is limited and so on.Based on the research of RFID,this paper focuses on the problems existing in the RFID,and studies the signal reflection communication technology.The research mainly focuses on the backscatter signal reflection communication technology.Compared with traditional RFID communication technology,signal reflection communication technology uses external electromagnetic signals or other mechanical wave signals to communicate so that it has many advantages: more freedom in signal source selection,lower communication power consumption,and increased communication distance;The existing communication environment and equipment have less influence and wider application scope;Device-todevice direct communication is possible.For these characteristics of signal reflection communication,based on the research of signal reflection communication related theory,this paper refers to some existing design schemes by building a Universal Software Radio Peripheral(USRP)and open source software radio(GNU Radio).The hardware and software platforms build a complete backscatter signal reflection communication system.The communication experiment system construction work content mainly includes two parts,namely the hardware emulation of the signal reflection tag,the design work and the relevant flow chart program design of the signal transmitter and receiver.Using the experimental system of signal reflection communication set up,in the actual scene,we conducted relevant experimental research on the characteristics of backscatter signal reflection communication.Through the verification experiment,we verified that the designed signal reflection communication system can operate stably and reliably.Through comparing experiments,we have proved the feasibility and technical advantages of signal reflection communication,and carried out experimental research on the signal reflection communication under actual scenarios.
