Building energy consumption will be the main growth point of China's future energy consumption.The design and implementation of the building energy monitoring system have great influence on China's energy consumption.. The energy monitoring system is composed by Data Acquisition Subsystem, Data Transit Station and Data Centers, of which Data Acquisition Subsystem is most important, which is also named Building Energy Acquisition System. We mainly tell something about the design and implementation of Building Energy Acquisition System.We design and realize the Building Energy Acquisition system is based on the technical guidelines for the constructing of energy consumption monitoring system of office buildings and large public buildings. The Building Energy Acquisition system use the latest ARM Cortex-M3 processor architecture as a hardware development platform, and chose the embeded real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱas a software development platform, and also transplant a lightweight protocol stack-LwIP protocol stack. Based onμC/OS-Ⅱand LwIP, we designed the software system with the modular method to achieve the on-site measuring device "normalized" collection, data processing, data forwarding and so on.In this paper, according to "the technical guidelines" and "management standards" for the constructing of energy consumption monitoring system of office buildings and large public buildings, we make requirements analysis to carry out detailed design later. During the period of concrete realization of the system, we introduce the transplation of embedded real time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ, and lightweight TCP/IP protocol-LwIP network protocol stack analysis and transplation, and finally realize the software system.
