With the development of our country’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, people are eager to get a full range of care when they are sick. At the same time, our country is also actively developing medical enterprise, and enhance its capability of disease prevention and control constantly, and has been conducive to the development of medical enterprise policy. However, the current hospital management system most focus on their business management level, there are still some shortcomings in the treatment of the patient’s care and guardianship, but also cause some potential management risks existing in the hospital. However, with the development of RFID technology, indoor positioning technology also has been greatly developed, adding indoor positioning capabilities in management systems can make the risk in the hospital management greatly reduced.First, this paper introduces the research background and significance of RFID technology applications in hospitals, reviewed the current research status at home and abroad. On this basis, we propose the research content about the point of ward management in the hospital.Secondly, this paper summarizes the RFID technology and the method of indoor positioning, and the study of several kinds of positioning strategy. In order to improve the positioning accuracy, we propose a improved method of LMMSE on the basis of several classic positioning strategy. Analyze the design of ward system and determine the structure of the system, then divide the system function into two partitions to design.Finally, based on the above analysis and design, the paper chose the suitable development platform and development tools:.NET as the development platform, C# as the development language, SQL Server 2012 as the database tool, building the ward management system platform with C/S structure. Then divide ward management system into suitable function modules, draw lessons from the software architecture design idea of the "three layer architecture" to design and develop the system software architecture. By the end of the article, the ward management system is tested.
