With the improvement of modern science and technology,more new technologies and new products are used in the operation and management of power plants.In addition,it has promoted the improvement of power plant automation technology and operation management.Indoor personnel positioning is an increasingly mature new technology.It has come out of the laboratory.Gradually,it is valued and applied by various industries.However,indoor personnel positioning technology has not been fully applied in the power plant industry.If the power plant learns from the indoor personnel positioning technology in industries such as mines,tunnels,and security,the management level of the power plant will be greatly improved.The safety performance will be further improved.Therefore,indoor personnel positioning technology should be widely used in contemporary power plants.In indoor positioning,there are many applicable technologies,such as Zig Bee,Ultrasound,Infrared ray,RFID,Bluetooth and Wi-Fi positioning.However,due to the complex and changeable indoor environment,the positioning system is complicated and the cost is high.The most important thing is that the positioning accuracy cannot meet people's requirements.Radio frequency identification technology has the characteristics of no contact,low cost,and non-line-of-sight.And it can be combined with Internet technology.It can realize real-time tracking and information sharing of a wide range of equipment and personnel.It has become an excellent application choice for indoor positioning technology.It is recognized by the industry as one of the most widely used and most promising positioning technologies for indoor applications in this century.Therefore,it is most appropriate to apply the LANDMARC positioning algorithm based on RFID technology to the power plant industry.This article first introduces the related technology of indoor positioning system.It includes the development of indoor positioning,an overview of RFID technology,positioning methods and typical algorithms.And this article introduces the classic LANDMARC indoor positioning algorithm,including its positioning principles,characteristics and influencing factors.And the algorithm is researched and simulated to find the appropriate parameters.This article improves the original LANDMARC positioning algorithm from three aspects:First,add RSSI data preprocessing.Due to noise,the collected RSSI is filtered and preprocessed.Reduce the average error of RSSI to about 1.5d B.Realize the accurate and smooth output of RSSI.Second,the neural network and positioning method are combined.The article proposes the BP-LANDMARC indoor positioning algorithm.The improved algorithm can realize the area adaptive positioning function of pending tags.It reduces the introduction of interference reference tags and improves the accuracy of pending tags.And the algorithm can also be suitable for applications that only need to achieve regional positioning.It has practical application value.Third,for the improved algorithm,explore its reasonable parameter configuration.Find the most suitable reference label,reader layout,k value and weight formula.After optimization and adjustment,the positioning algorithm is more stable and the positioning accuracy is improved.Finally,the whole improved algorithm is simulated by simulation software.The simulation results showed that the average error dropped from the initial 1.57 m to the final 0.36 m.The positioning accuracy and stability have been greatly improved.The improved LANDMARC positioning algorithm can well meet the positioning requirements of power plants.It makes the power plant industry more intelligent.
