At present, industrial process monitoring configuration systems mostly suffer the poor performance of human-computer interactions, which degrades the efficiency of human operators in monitoring the production process. Therefore, it is of significances that the interactive performances of industrial process monitoring configuration systems can be evaluated so as to further improve them effectively.Motivated by this idea, this thesis conducts an in-depth research on approaches to evaluating the interactive performance of industrial process monitoring configuration systems. Accommodated to the demand of industrial process monitoring along with the functionality of configuration systems, interactive performance evaluation indices are established. Subsequently, on one hand, the AHP is employed to obtain the explicit indices’ weights, thus achieving corresponding evaluation scores according to experts’ questionnaire. On the other hand, the implicit indices are obtained by analyzing the recorded operating actions. A BP neural network is established to learn the expertise on the interactive performance evaluations, which can establish the correspondence of the performance scores and the evaluation indices, achieving the evaluation of the interactive performance of monitoring configuration systems.The VB language is used to develop the interactive performance evaluation system. On the basis of a friendly human-computer interface design, the acquisitions of explicit and implicit evaluation indices of the industrial process monitoring configuration system are definitely realized. Taking advantage of expertise learning the BP neural network based evaluation system are created which can automatically evaluate the interactive performance of industrial process monitoring configuration systemsThe proposed approach and realization technology are applied to an industrial DMF recovery process monitoring configuration system, which achieves the specific evaluation along with the improving suggestions of the DMF recovery process monitoring configuration system, demonstrating the validity and feasibility of the contribution.
