Process industry as the driving force of the domestic industrialization process, also is the booster of economic development, the production management training monitoring the most widely used. With the further popularization of enterprise integrated automation system, the release of the HTML 5 standard provides a new impetus for the digital factory. HTML 5 technology has high real-time performance, no plug-ins, the advantages of the safety and efficiency, makes the process of process industry based on HTML 5 r&d remote simulation training system can meet the demand of the current enterprise production and management, has become an important research content of enterprise integrated automation system. Based on process simulation training system of petrochemical enterprises, enterprise employees can be familiar with chemical control procedures, strengthen the basic skills, increase the experience, reduce the number of employees operating accidents and risk, improve enterprise economic benefit, therefore, the simulation of actual production operation environment, meet the employee’s direct operation, experiment research and development of training based on HTML 5 process industry process simulation training system, has important application value.Through the analysis of process industry process simulation training, configuration, real-time monitoring of the characteristics of the integrated system, put forward the process of process industry remote simulation training system of the hybrid architecture, remote simulation training system for process industry process long development time, real-time character, this paper proposes a process of process industry based on HTML 5 remote simulation training system design method. The method using the latest Canvas rendering technology to realize the flow chart of simulation, the configuration of no plug-in; Use Web Socket two-way asynchronous features to achieve the production process data on B/S two-way push data; Combined with the simulation of model and OPC interface to achieve the production process of data collection and sharing, and with Framework4.0 framework and ASP.NET platform for the development of environment, the configuration of the production process flow diagram is development and production process data in real time monitoring system, and applied to the practical training.The experimental results show that the HTML 5 technology based remote simulation training system for process industry process simulation training provides an effective solution. The production process was realized using the standard OPC interface information acquisition and sharing; B/S Web Socket data communications between end can effectively remove redundant information, can guarantee the production process of the real time data; Canvas based flow chart configuration without having to download the plugin, and can be secondary development; Reasonable distribution of the Taiwan before and after the task. Using JavaScript and j Query desk technology, sped up the Web response speed, the developed system training effect is good.
