According to the latest statistics, with the rapid development of Internet technology and the popularization of Wideband network technology, currently streaming applications such as video on demand, live video, has become mainstream applications on the Internet. P2 P technology has broken the traditional transmission model, which is having no strict distinction between server and client roles, and each node equal share bandwidth resources with providing data services to other nodes in the receiving streaming media data simultaneously. Therefore, streaming media on-demand applications based on P2 P has become the mainstream of the current era, and it has become a very popular form entertainment in businesses, schools and other groups.This thesis uses P2 P technology to design and implement a P2 P streaming video on demand and management system based on the development of on-demand streaming applications, combined with my actual work in the context of corporate R & D enterprise. This system brings some convenience for enterprise employees’ learning and life, providing an important learning and entertainment platform. This system uses PHP dynamic web technology to code, mainly including following tasks:1. According to the technical characteristics of the enterprise LAN, combined R & D Status on-demand streaming and management system, carry out detailed feasibility analysis, requirements analysis, determine the physical structure and logical structure, at last complete the system overall design.2. Set up a MySQL database management platform. Complete the design of ER data model and the data table structure. Complete the database design, providing data support for development and management of streaming media on-demand system.3. Build Wamp5 development platform, using P2 P streaming media player to design and implement a P2 P VOD system. Complete the implementation of system functions, including two parts: the foreground system and back-office system. Achieve login, registration, resource retrieval, Top-demand, video, audio on demand, streaming download, video, audio management, upload management and other core functions.4. Build a web application test environment, and design test cases. Complete system functionality, performance, interface testing, carrying out a comprehensive evaluation and analysis.In this thesis, use PHP + MySQL technology to design and implement the system according to the standard software development process, and eventually passed the test system and can be put into practical use.
