With the popularization of digitizing and networking, as well as public safety consciousness unceasing enhancement and the demand for video perception with the rise of The Internet O f Things,video surveillance developed rapidly recently.The high-definition(HD) IP Camera has many advanced features,such as it’s high-resolution,interactivity,customization,further more, it can perform intelligence analysis on the video,so that the HD IP Camera had caused much attention of numerous security vendors and users.However, in the case of strong contrast between hi- light and shade,due to the electrical characteristic of the general image sensor,the object was too dark to identify. In this case,the Video recorded by the security surveillance will lose the value of evidence,and the intelligent analysis of the video will not perform well.O nly The high dynamic technology can solve this problem.Using high speed ISP unit of image sensor,dealing image with multiple exposures on single frame,generated a High-Dynamic-Range picture by combining two or three images together.It can output 1080p@30fps High-dynamic-Range image video.In this thesis, we researched the software designed of the high-dynamic-range(HDR) IP Camera to meet above purpose. This research was based on the platform of DaVinci DM368,which was the latest high-performance SOC of TI.Combined with AR0331 high-performance image sensors of Aptina,with the operating system platform of Linux.We investigate the technology to realize the HDR IP Camera system. Main work of the research are listed below. First, we did the requirement analysis and designed the framework of HDR IP Camera system.Then implements the detailed design of the audio and video capture and processing module,system control service module and the network transmission module. Finally, we did the system integration and benchmark test of the HDR IP camera.Results indicate that image capturing, optimizing and analyzing modules works fine,and could encodes it and transmits the data by stream server.C lients can visit HDR IP Camera with a media player, and the value of dynamic-range,frame-rate,latency time,deal time of a single frame and the load of ARM CPU meet the goals designed.
