The Design And Implement Of The Running Water Charging System Of Xiamen Water Group

This thesis present the hole develop process of water charge and management system of Xiamen water company. The system is design and implemented according to the requirement of the company, it can increase of efficiency of charging and accounting,reduce errors caused by manual operation. Besides that,it can supply the experience for the information construction.This system is B/S and Android architecture,contains PC client and mobile client function,uses Hibernate middleware to make the system cross – platform,uses JBPM workflow engine to optimize system process,the main content of this thesis is as follows:The author investigates the current situation of water charge system at home and abroad,explicit the main direction of the system development,formulate plans and technology roadmap,study the technical and business knowledge,write the requirement analysis document,do the general design and detailed design,divide the function models and interfaces.,use popular programming language to implement the hole functions of the system,formulate test plans and use some functions to do the system test.
