Lightning disasters seriously affect our work and life. In order to reduce theinfluence of disasters, countries require building lightning protection device must beplaced. New buildings must be tested and accepted by department of lightningprotection for building lightning protection engineering.With the development of the wide application of computer and networktechnology, all walks of life are gradually achieves computer network management.In order to be able to make the people in the online application for lightningprotection safety inspection, to realize the modernization of the lightning protectionoffice information management, scientific, we use the Apache+PHP+MySQLtechnology, in the original Web government affairs office information network on thebasis of lightning protection, add online lightning protection safety inspection andacceptance function, instead of the original multifarious artificial managementsystem. Users can never leave home, fill in their units applying for on the Internet,contact information, address is detected and a series of information for lightningdetection application, also can choose professional lightning protection engineeringacceptance testing. Module’s main function is to provide users with onlineapplication interface, record user application provides information on the Internet,and to provide information for inspection, to determine its rationality. In order toguarantee system of the intelligent at the same time, the module to the application foroperation has certain limit function, each IP address every day can only apply foronece.The lightning protection test and acceptance management system design andimplementation of "is a typical information management system. Its developmentmainly includes the establishment and maintenance of database and front-endapplication development. For the former requirement data consistency, integrity andsecurity. Based on the analysis comparison to achieve B/S structure of all kinds ofdynamic web page technology (CGI, ASP, JSP, PHP, etc.), designed the Apache+PHP+MYSQL technology system construction plan.3. The paper introduces the concrete realization method of application in theprocess of software development, and application of some typical source code hascarried on the detailed instructions.4. Web based system test is different from traditional software testing, it notonly need to check and verify whether run according to the requirements of design,but also to test system in the different users of the browser display.
