With the rise of Chinese economy, society and faster development of innovative, competitive coal preparation plant EPC projects is also more intense. In order to meet the fierce competition in the market now, the urgent need to change the traditional preparation plant engineering design patterns and methods. This gave birth to a J2EE-based Internet technology coal preparation plant engineering information management system. The system from a coal preparation industry EPC nature of business operations requirements, the actual management workflow departure, through the effective control of data resources, information exchange, and to get rid of the tedious paper work before delivery, reducing the employee’s labor intensity, make the work more efficient and effective in reducing the operating costs of enterprises. Realization of the system also between total coal preparation industry engineering contracting business with contractors, collaborative work between the various departments within the company played a role in the exchange and communication.In order to ensure the completion of the coal preparation plant at the design stage quickly and accurately, and provide a good working experience for staff, General Contractor Coal Industry Design and Implementation of Coal Preparation Plant engineering information management system. The system is based on the traditional engineering design process to provide a unified task for designers to accepting and processing platform, in order to take advantage of new technology to realize the existing engineering data sharing, centralized receiving and distribution of design tasks, enabling preparation plant engineering fast high-quality complete.Coal preparation plant engineering information management system as a whole is divided into 10 sub-systems, which are designed to project status management, performance management, designers, engineers and technicians review management, design resource management, engineering drawing and document management, design forums, enterprise knowledge management, coding system management, workflow management, systems management. Coal industry combined analysis of the current status of general contracting business management, considering operability, maintainability and other factors to select the B / S structure as our software architecture using J2 EE technology system.. This paper completed all the requirements of the information systems analysis, mainly to complete the design project status management, outline design drawing and document management, design resource management, performance management, designer of four subsystems, detailed design, test and analysis.
