With the rapid development of information technology, people have more and more requirements for electronic products. So in essence, it is more and more requirements for the performance of the components. Then the traditional components have been unable to meet the current requirements of electronic products, the traditional processes no longer suitable for the trend. In this technology tide, LTCC technology with its unique process and the advantages of devices. talents showing itself in the wave of technology. Compared with other integration technology, LTCC has many advantages:First, ceramic material has characteristics with excellent high frequency, high-speed transmission and wide pass band;Second, it can be adapted to the properties requirements of big electric current and high temperature resistance, and its thermal conductivity is better;Third, it can use to make circuit board with lots of stacks, and can bury multiple passive components in it, without the cost of packaging components. Realizing the integration of passive and active in a three-dimensional circuit board with lots of stacks is helpful to increase the packing density of circuit and further reduce the volume and weight;Fourth, it has good compatibility with other multilayer wiring technology;Fifth, the production process of discrete is convenient to inspect the quality of each routing stack and interconnect via before products finished, and is conducive to improve the rate of finished products and quality of multilayer substrate, shorten the production cycle and reduce the costs.Sixth, energy saving, material saving, green and environmental protection.Because of the rapid development of LTCC technology, there is more and more LTCC devices. Then their models and equivalent circuits is increasingly complicated. So based on these problems, we developed this system.The system is a office automation software of LTCC devices.The research and development process of the system focuses on solving the organic combination of the design of web information system and development model and LTCC equivalent circuit and device model, finding out the appropriate development framework for LTCC devices. Then design and imply this system, finally apply in practice. In specific development technology, first of all, our major demand is safe, then select a frame which is currently the most popular to ensure the efficiency of the system. So we use j Query framework at front-end to ensure that the front-end of the system interface is friendly, then use the SSH framework to ensure the safety and efficiency. We use the design philosophy of MVC to reduce the coupling code and make two times development easy.Finally, test of the system are introduced in this paper. Through the strict test of this system in the aspect of function, performance and compatibility, the system achieves the requirements of the original design, and can solve need of enterprises in the LTCC device production. At the same time, the research contents are summarized in this paper, which points out the defects of the system and prospect the further work.
