With the popularity of e-commerce, publishing companies have begun to explore the use of e-commerce in the form of conduct book publishing business, publishing industry ushered in a new era. Publishing Services Supply chain management is the entire publishing industry supply chain as a research basis, that gaining access to the largest enterprise competitiveness as the goal, the establishment of a unique publication publishing services supply chain competitive advantage. Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism is to maintain this competitive advantage has played a role in the promotion and protection.This article is based on T Publishing Company, an analysis published in the company’s own T where the advantages and disadvantages of supply chain coordination, supply theory and application of contract theory to analyze competitive and cooperative relations between its different vendors as well as coordination disorder, and to establish it with different contractual framework should be established between the class of suppliers, namely supply chain coordination mechanism T Publishing Company. Finally, the expected effect of this mechanism to explain the value of the research paper.T Publishing Company established supply chain coordination mechanism, including the following three steps: First, T company with upstream and downstream suppliers in the supply chain coordination disorder analysis, including the analysis of the brand licensors, content providers analyzing, publishing services analysis, graphic design provider analysis, manufacturing production provider analysis, logistics providers and online analysis online dealer analysis. The second analysis, the main factors coordination mechanism between the T’s and suppliers. Third, coordination T’s existing system solutions and proposals put forward, namely the establishment of the system of supply chain coordination mechanism, and the expected results were analyzed.This paper focuses on solving a number of problems in the supply chain T Publishing publishing companies face in order to improve T Publishing Company ’s unique competitive advantage as the goal, proved to establish supply chain coordination mechanism system to T Publishing Company ’s core business, while also I hope this paper can provide a reference for the relevant publication and help enterprises and researchers, there is a certain significance.
