Design And Implementation Of Gvtcc Teaching Material Management Information System

In the society where network and information are rapidly developping as well as the information technology is applied increasingly in the specific affairs of the institutions of higher learning,to modify the teaching, scientific research and office management online of institutions of higher learning by means of informatization construction has become an important direction of the construction and development of schools.Introducing the information system of computer management to improve the efficiency and quality of management which has a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of affairs in colleges and universities is an inevitable trend in the modernization and standardization of the school development and constructions.The teaching scale of schools has greatly improved,types of professions and the number of the students are increasing and the species of all kinds of teaching materials are also rising sharply with the country’s emphasis on higher vocational education,all of these make the management of the teaching materials complex, time-consuming and error-prone.In order to ensure the development of the school’s teaching quality and teaching order,improving the teaching efficiency and simplify the management process of the teaching materials as well as make a effective conjunction of the secondary management of the departments(or universities),making use of software engineering and network technology to develop a skill to meet daily subscriptions of materials management,supplement and comparison, warehousing, sorting, distribution, accounting of students’ reading list and the business requirements of accounting of a series of business of the teaching material inventory as well as to provide a system of teaching material management which meets the national credit system has become a necessary and urgent work of institutions of higher learning.The design of this system is based on the the form of WEB and the B/S mode system of information management of PHP,including the design foreground and background. The three layers framework which is similar with MVC is adopted in the design background.In the process of design foreground,client technology of ExtJs4.1 is adopted,using latest MVC framework of the Ext,making the MVC framework foreground and the background act in concert, the level clear and the code thoroughly object-oriented.This makes the personnel of teaching materials management to carry out subscriptions of materials management,supplement and comparison, warehousing, sorting, distribution, accounting of students’ reading list and the business requirements of accounting of the teaching material inventory and so on through the computer network conveniently.The MVC pattern of ExtJs applied in the system foreground is a new technology,the technology of the three layers framework background is already a mature framework, which has high efficiency and small error rate.In the implementation process of this system, UML is applied for requirements analysis and system modeling, modules is classified according to the case diagram,database is created according to the class diagram,interface is programmed according to the sequence diagram, programs is written according to the active diagram.
