With the rapid development of ultra high-definition display techniques,4K TV has become more and more popular in the consumer market with clearer and sharper images. Color gray level of 4K LCD module is a significant factor in improving image quality. Therefore, the paper has focused on the research of improving color gray level and chromaticity coordinate consistency of LCD module. The purpose of this paper is to improve clarity and color accuracy of images.The algorithm of debugging the Gamma voltage and color correction is studied in this paper. Communication control and data processing of this automatic debugging system is realized by using C++. First of all, this paper introduces research background, development and current status at home and abroad related to 4K TV. The second chapter describes the practical principles of debugging the Gamma voltage and color correction and the method of the conventional manual debugging.The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the key content of this paper, which describles these modules and their communication control in this automatic debugging system and automatic debugging algorithm.The automatic debugging system controls and communicates with measuring devices and chips through RS-232 COM port or USB port. According to the reference voltages that influence the gray scale displaying voltage, the system changes Gamma voltage values until Gamma curve complies with the requirements.When correcte color gray level, the integrated debugging of tricolor in CIE1931 standard colorimetric system is implemented in syetem. The color correction table should be corrected angin to ensur the consistency of color temperature and chromaticity coordinate. The system measures color paramters data and generates curves automatically to give an objective assessment of the results of debugging.The algorithm of debugging the Gamma voltage and color correction in this paper can significantly improve the 4K LCD module Color Gray level. The automatic corrected color paramters curves are more accordant with standard curves. The automatic debugging system shortens the design cycle of 4K LCD module and improves the display quality.
